To further promote Total Quality Management and continuously improve customer satisfaction and product market competitiveness, the Electric Company Production Center recently launched a special improvement activity themed "Strengthening Quality Awareness."
This special activity is mainly carried out from three aspects: "People," "Machines," and "Methods."
The "People" aspect focuses on strengthening employee training and learning to improve professional skills and comprehensive quality. Through relevant courses, employees are made aware of the importance of quality and master corresponding quality control methods.
The "Machines" aspect involves introducing automated equipment to reduce the impact of human factors on product quality, improving product consistency and stability.
The "Methods" aspect utilizes information technology to collect data, helping managers conduct data analysis and develop targeted quality improvement plans to enhance product quality.
