The company plans more than 1,000 sets of various production and testing equipment, 22 SMT production lines, and 22 assembly production lines, with an annual output of 20 million sets of home-end network communication products, 3.5 million sets of automotive electronic control system products, 800,000 sets of Internet of Vehicles system products, and 10,000 sets of new energy power control systems. Key equipment includes ASM (Siemens), PANASONIC chip mounters; DEK printing machines; KOHYOUNG online SPI (automatic solder paste inspection instrument); REHM lead-free reflow soldering furnace, OMRON online AOI testing instrument, ERSA selective soldering, etc. The electronic production area fully complies with the process requirements and IPC standards of automotive electronic products, and adopts strict electrostatic protection, dust prevention measures and constant temperature and humidity settings to ensure product quality and reliability requirements.
