Job Description:
1. Responsible for product quality management in the manufacturing process;
2. Responsible for manufacturing cost management in the manufacturing process;
3. Responsible for the on-time delivery of all order tasks;
4. Responsible for managing the frontline operators of each team in the manufacturing workshop;
5. Responsible for 6S on-site management of each team in the manufacturing workshop.
Job Requirements:
1. Age requirement: Under 45 years old;
2. Education: Junior College;
3. Major requirement: Understands DIP production processes;
4. Work experience requirement: 1 year or more;
5. Plugin team leader, with experience in acting as a supervisor, understands DIP production processes, can handle exceptions, and complete temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.
