Job Description:
1. Effectively allocate work to subordinates based on the work plan, supervise production discipline, and ensure the completion of production tasks;
2. Organize pre-shift and post-shift meetings on time, build a team spirit within the group, and improve personnel stability;
3. Complete and fill out relevant reports as required, such as: daily production reports, quality reports, employee attendance, and daily equipment maintenance and inspection records;
4. Conduct walking management, guide employees to work according to SOPs, promptly handle exceptions, ensure orderly and continuous flow-line production;
5. Promptly trigger the help mechanism when production abnormalities occur, escalate to the superior supervisor, and feedback the results of exception handling within the time limit;
6. Implement the company's 5S standards, ensure an orderly on-site work environment, and ensure employee work safety;
7. Receive materials according to the work plan, manage the materials received during the shift, ensure that the accounts and materials match, and perform handover work to control over-consumption;
8. Timely handle abnormal items, control the number of finished products, quickly close orders, and shorten the order closing cycle;
9. Pay close attention to key positions, ensuring that product quality meets requirements;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Age requirement: Under 35 years old;
2. Education: Junior College;
3. Major: Electronics industry;
4. Work experience requirement: More than 3 years;
5. Familiar with the production process of communication terminal PON products;
6. Able to actively cooperate with production requirements to complete production tasks;
7. Possess the ability to work independently, be hardworking, and have strong learning ability.
