Job Description:
1. Supervise and control the development process of intelligent connected products to ensure product development progress and quality;
2. Establish a perfect and efficient development process within the department to improve development efficiency;
3. Optimize product solutions to promote modular and platform-based work, and provide solutions for cost reduction;
4. Lead the management work of the intelligent networking department, establish a standardized and efficient assessment mechanism, and build and develop an excellent development team.
Job Requirements:
1. Possess rich knowledge of intelligent connected products, be familiar with the technology of intelligent connected products, and understand the development trend and dynamics of intelligent connected product technology at home and abroad; 2. Familiar with relevant industry standards and requirements for intelligent connected products, familiar with the technology and hardware and software system architecture of intelligent connected system products;
3. Those with experience in the design, development, and management of automotive electronic components related to intelligent connected products are preferred;
4. Possess good scheme planning ability, on-site communication ability, and market analysis ability;
5. Possess strong communication and coordination abilities, team spirit, and good language expression skills;
6. College English Test Band 4 (CET-4) or above.
