Job Description:
Hardware Engineer for Body Control Module (including door control):
1. Responsible for the hardware design and development of body control unit products: requirements analysis, component selection, schematic design, PCB design, BOM preparation, WCA calculation, DFMEA, and hardware test case preparation, etc.;
2. Responsible for hardware testing, client installation and verification; follow up on product DV and PV tests, and be responsible for failure analysis rectification and EMC rectification;
3. Responsible for tracking and resolving hardware problems throughout the R&D and production processes;
4. Provide technical support and on-site assistance to customers on relevant technical issues;
5. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
6. Possesses solid foundation knowledge of digital and analog circuits, proficient in using design software (such as Altium Designer) and circuit simulation software, and proficient in using various electronic testing instruments, such as digital multimeters, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers;
7. Familiar with thermal analysis of printed circuit boards and electromagnetic compatibility design of electronic products;
8. Familiar with automotive electronic hardware development processes, with more than 1 year of experience in automotive body control unit product design;
9. Possesses strong learning ability and hands-on ability, is proactive in work, can accept work challenges, is passionate about automotive electronic hardware development, has good communication and coordination skills, and has a good team spirit;
10. College English Test Band 4 (CET-4) or above, with good English reading ability.
