Job Description:
1. Responsible for planning and purchasing equipment related to the SMT production process;
2. Responsible for solving equipment on-site abnormality issues;
3. Responsible for establishing and maintaining equipment inventory records;
4. Responsible for establishing and maintaining equipment maintenance records;
5. Responsible for establishing and implementing equipment maintenance standards;
6. Responsible for formulating and implementing procedures related to line switching and other equipment;
7. Responsible for the management of equipment spare parts (including purchasing, warehousing management, and monthly inventory);
8. Responsible for ensuring that equipment process capabilities meet product process requirements;
9. Responsible for establishing and reviewing MTTR and MTBF indicators for equipment improvement;
10. Responsible for establishing and reviewing material loss rate indicators for equipment improvement;
11. Responsible for compiling relevant training materials and organizing technician training.
Qualifications:
1. More than three years of experience with Panasonic-NPM chip mounters (D3A, TT2, W2) ★★★;
2. Junior college or above, majoring in electrical automation or mechatronics;
3. Familiar with SMT processes; Possesses strong communication and expression skills, problem analysis and solving abilities, good teamwork spirit and service awareness, and can withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
