Job Description:
1. On-site Support:
(1) Responsible for resolving on-site anomalies of automotive electronic products;
(2) Responsible for improving the yield rate of automotive electronics manufacturing processes;
(3) Responsible for planning rework and repair of automotive electronics processes;
(4) Responsible for analyzing automotive electronics process quality issues.
2. New Product Introduction (NPI):
(1) Responsible for planning new products, new processes, and tooling equipment;
(2) Responsible for new product process design and process flow planning;
(3) Responsible for the introduction and evaluation of new products and new processes;
3. Standardization:
(1) Responsible for the preparation of production work instructions for automotive electronic products;
(2) Responsible for formulating rework and repair operation standards for automotive electronics manufacturing processes;
(3) Responsible for continuous improvement of automotive electronics processes;
(4) DOE analysis of process parameters.
Professional Knowledge:
1. Familiar with automotive electronic product assembly processes and product assemblability design requirements;
2. Able to independently plan and implement DOE experiments;
3. Proficient in CAD and 3D drawing software, and has a certain design capability for assembly auxiliary tooling;
4. Proficient in OFFICE software;
5. Understand PFMEA and CP application methods;
6. More than 3 years of experience as a field process engineer;
7. Experience in PCBA production of electronic products, understanding of ASS processes;
Quality and Ability: Excellent organizational and coordination abilities and outstanding analytical skills.
