Job Description:
1. Responsible for the design and cost estimation of electrical solutions for company internal automation transformation projects;
2. Responsible for the selection and application of components such as PLCs, motors, drivers, and sensors for automated equipment;
3. Responsible for leading the review of mechanical design schemes based on electrical functions;
4. Responsible for the electrical function debugging of projects;
5. Responsible for writing project electrical design documents, operation manuals, maintenance manuals, and other technical materials.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in standardized programming of PLCs such as Mitsubishi/Omron (familiar with at least two PLC programming languages);
2. Familiar with the application of servo motors, stepper motors, touch screens, and inverters;
3. Able to use professional software such as Eplan to output electrical drawings and wiring diagrams;
4. Strong communication, problem analysis and solving skills, good teamwork spirit and service awareness, able to withstand certain work pressure; 5. 2 years or more of experience in electrical design for automation in the automotive electronics or consumer electronics industry.
