Job Description:
1. Participate in the formulation of process quality control standards;
2. Lead process quality anomaly analysis and improvement;
3. Responsible for process quality management and the work arrangement of on-site quality personnel;
4. Responsible for leading process quality anomalies;
5. Responsible for tracking the execution status of customer audits and complaint countermeasures;
6. Responsible for establishing relevant on-site standards;
7. Responsible for optimizing process quality inspection;
8. Responsible for the selection, training, and use of process quality control personnel.
Qualifications:
1. Junior college degree or above, more than 3 years of factory PQE experience;
2. Proficient in using quality tools to analyze quality data;
3. Experience with telecom products is preferred.
