Job Description:
1. Responsible for the management of automotive electronics quality planning and improvement modules;
2. Responsible for improving the capabilities of quality engineers;
3. Responsible for product quality planning;
4. Responsible for the maintenance and implementation of the quality management system;
5. Responsible for handling customer quality issues and analyzing and improving faulty parts.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of team management experience, major in mechanical manufacturing or mechanical design (reading drawings with CATIA, CAD, etc.);
2. Familiar with ISO:9001, ITF 16949 management systems;
3. Familiar with the five major quality tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA);
4. Possesses clear logical thinking and good problem analysis and solving skills;
5. Good organizational and coordination skills, able to withstand strong work pressure, team spirit; strong learning and pressure resistance.
