Job Description:
Supplier Development and Management:
1. Based on the company's business needs and product planning, actively develop electronic raw material supplier resources, and build and improve the supplier database;
2. Fully responsible for the evaluation and selection of suppliers, formulate scientific and reasonable evaluation standards, conduct in-depth investigation and comprehensive evaluation from multiple dimensions such as supplier's production capacity, product quality, on-time delivery, price reasonableness, after-sales service, and financial status, and introduce high-quality suppliers that meet the company's requirements and development strategy;
3. Conduct business negotiations with selected suppliers, use excellent negotiation skills and strategies, and under the premise of ensuring raw material quality and supply stability, strive for the most favorable purchase price, delivery time, payment terms, and other relevant clauses, effectively reduce procurement costs, and improve the overall efficiency of the enterprise supply chain;
4. Establish and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relationships with suppliers, regularly conduct supplier performance evaluations, formulate targeted improvement measures and reward and punishment mechanisms based on the evaluation results, urge suppliers to continuously optimize product quality and service levels, promptly handle various problems and disputes arising in the process of supplier cooperation, and ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain. Closely monitor the dynamics of the electronic raw material market, including price fluctuations, changes in supply and demand, the development trend of new technologies and new materials, etc. Through in-depth market analysis and research, timely adjust procurement strategies and procurement plans, grasp favorable procurement opportunities, effectively control procurement costs, and actively promote innovation and optimization in the company's procurement of electronic raw materials, and enhance the market competitiveness of the company's products;
5. Collaborate with the company's internal quality control department, technical R&D department, and finance department, etc., to jointly establish and improve the electronic raw material procurement cost control system, conduct strict control and refined management in various aspects from procurement budget preparation, procurement price approval, procurement contract management to procurement cost accounting and analysis, ensure that procurement costs are controlled within the company's predetermined target range, and achieve the maximization of the company's supply chain cost efficiency. Internal team management and collaboration;
6. Responsible for the establishment, training, and development of the supply chain team. Based on the professional skills, work experience, and career development plans of team members, reasonably allocate work tasks and responsibilities, formulate clear team goals and work plans, establish an effective team incentive mechanism and performance appraisal system, fully mobilize the work enthusiasm and creativity of team members, and improve the team's overall business capabilities and work efficiency;
7. Regularly organize internal team training and learning exchange activities, share knowledge and information such as electronic raw material market dynamics, procurement management experience, supplier management skills, and the latest supply chain management concepts and methods, promote the professional growth and career development of team members, and build a supply chain management team with high cohesion, execution, and innovation;
8. Strengthen communication and collaboration with other departments within the company, establish an efficient cross-departmental communication and coordination mechanism, timely understand the needs and feedback information of electronic raw materials from various aspects such as the company's production and R&D, sales and after-sales, actively respond to and coordinate to solve related problems, ensure that supply chain management work and the company's overall operation management are seamlessly connected and coordinated, and improve the company's overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronic information engineering, materials science and engineering, logistics management, business administration, etc., familiar with IATF16949 system management knowledge;
2. Work Experience:
More than 3 years of supply chain management experience in automotive parts R&D manufacturing enterprises or in-vehicle electronics and Internet of Vehicles R&D manufacturing enterprises, with at least 5 years of experience in developing and managing electronic raw material suppliers.
3. Knowledge and Skills:
Familiar with the characteristics, types, production processes, and market conditions of electronic raw materials, have solid basic knowledge of electronic technology and materials science, can accurately grasp the technological development trends and market dynamic changes of electronic raw materials, and provide professional technical support and market information basis for the company's supply chain management decisions. Proficient in supply chain management processes and methods, including supplier development, procurement management, inventory control, logistics distribution, cost management, and risk management, proficient in relevant supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems, SCM systems, etc., can use information technology to efficiently plan, organize, coordinate, and control the supply chain. Possess excellent business negotiation and contract management capabilities, be familiar with the process and skills of business negotiation, be able to draft, review, and manage various procurement contracts and business agreements, and ensure the legality, integrity, and effectiveness of contract clauses.
4. Abilities and Qualities:
Possess excellent supplier management capabilities, be able to establish and maintain a good supplier relationship network, effectively integrate supplier resources, and conduct comprehensive, systematic, and dynamic management and evaluation of suppliers to improve the overall stability and reliability of the enterprise supply chain. Have strong internal team management capabilities, be able to establish an effective team communication mechanism and collaboration platform, and cultivate the professional qualities and business capabilities of team members. Have good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities, be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with different departments within the company and external suppliers and partners. Have strong pressure resistance and adaptability, be able to actively and proactively adapt to changes and development in the internal and external environment of the enterprise, continuously optimize supply chain management strategies and processes, and improve the competitiveness and risk resistance of the enterprise supply chain. Have good professional ethics and conduct, be honest and trustworthy, be clean and honest, strictly abide by the company's various rules and regulations and business ethics norms, keep the company's business secrets and sensitive information confidential, and maintain the company's good image and reputation.
