Roswell Electric Company holds the 2023 Annual Frontline Employee Skills Competition Awards Ceremony

On the afternoon of June 29th, Roswell Electric Company held the 2023 Annual Frontline Employee Skills Competition Awards Ceremony in Conference Room 8. More than 70 people attended, including Vice General Manager Wang Weixing, Trade Union Chairman Sun Min, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union Wang Youfan, and key employees from the Production Center, Quality Department, and Engineering and Technology Department.
This year's skills competition included 16 awards in categories such as material measurement, material disassembly, AOI inspection, appearance repair, and manual screen cleaning. The competition covered a wide range of content. After fierce competition, 16 first-place winners, 13 second-place winners, and 13 third-place winners were selected. Wang Juntao won first place in both material measurement and material disassembly.
After the awards ceremony, award-winning representatives shared their work experiences and growth journeys.
Finally, Vice General Manager Wang Weixing delivered a concluding speech. He stated that the skills competition had two purposes:
First, to provide frontline employees with a platform to showcase their craftsmanship and exemplary performance, and to cultivate a team of industrial workers at Roswell who are dedicated, efficient, focused, and innovative, laying a solid foundation for the company's future development and the creation of more products.
Second, to provide employees with more opportunities for growth and self-improvement.
At the same time, Mr. Wang made the following two requests to all frontline employees:
First, cultivate a specialized skill, focusing on learning and self-improvement.
Second, be versatile and contribute to your position by performing your duties well.
Industrial workers are the main force supporting the working class, the backbone of creating social wealth, the core force driving innovation, and the vital force in implementing the strategy of a strong manufacturing nation. Promoting the accelerated development of manufacturing towards intelligence, digitalization, and green development, and promoting the transformation and upgrading and optimization of the industrial structure requires a high-quality team of industrial workers. In the future, Roswell will continue to fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of its industrial workers, better consolidate the wisdom and strength of the industrial worker team, and accelerate the construction of a team of knowledge-based, skilled, and innovative industrial workers.
