Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of team management experience, major in mechanical manufacturing or mechanical design (able to read drawings using software such as CATIA and CAD); 2. Familiar with ISO9001 and IATF 16949 management systems; 3. Familiar with the five major quality tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA); 4. Possesses clear logical thinking and strong problem analysis and solving skills; 5. Excellent organizational and coordination abilities, able to withstand strong work pressure, and possesses a strong team spirit; strong learning and stress resistance abilities.
